The Department of Internal and local Government (DILG) disclosed which 12 local government units (LGUs) around Cordillera have passed the initial or level 1 assessment with the national governments Seal involving Disaster Preparedness (SDP).
DILG Cordillera Regional Manager John Casta?eda identified these as being the provincial LGUs of Apayao, Benguet, Mt.
